All flash frozen and vacuum packed products are guaranteed against the following incidents for 180 days:

  • Freezer burn
  • Damaged packaging
  • Incorrect weight
  • Spoilage

Not happy with your purchase? We offer a full exchange on your product(s) for the same product(s) or different product(s) of equal value. We do not offer refunds.

We encourage you to branch out and try new products, but if you simply don’t love the taste, we cannot accept a return – food is perishable, after all!

While a minimum Farm 2 Fork delivery order typically fits in a standard freezer, if you find that your eyes were bigger than your freezer, we cannot accept a return. We recommend sharing with family or friends – you’ll be quite popular!

Our goal is to provide our customers with the best value for the best quality. We offer premium quality products, service and FREE home delivery. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges if you are unhappy with the price.

Do I have to sign up for a subscription service or contract?
There are no subscriptions, memberships or signing up for anything. We are a order as you go service and unlike other similar services we want our customers to have the freedom to shop as they please
Is there a minimum order for delivery?

The short answer is – yes. We always want to offer only the best quality products at the best possible value. In order to keep doing that, we require a $249 minimum order per customer for delivery. 

We cannot facilitate add-ons to orders once the order has been placed.  To add extra items you will need to place another order of $249+.

Where do we deliver?

We currently service through our home delivery service Ottawa, Toronto, Montreal and surrounding areas. Please contact us to see if we service your area. We service the communities of Nunavut through our partner distributors Northern Shopper & BBE expediting. We are constantly expanding to include new delivery locations as our customer base grows

Do we have retail store or pickup location?

We don’t currently offer a retail store location. Instead, place your order online and we’ll deliver right to your door.

Do we have to be home to receive delivery?
We like our customers to be home to receive their orders so that we can address any questions you might have. During the winter months when the temperature is below freezing we can arrange to leave your order in a secure place of your choosing.
What happens if I live in an apartment or condo building?

We will contact you when we have arrived at your building. To prevent any parking snafus, we ask that you meet us at the front of your building to pick up your order. If you are unable to pick up your order at the front due to a health condition, please notify us when you make your order and we will gladly accommodate your preferred pick up method.  

What happens if I’m not home or miss my delivery?
When we arrive, we’ll notify you by knocking on the door, ringing the doorbell, or (if you live in an apartment or condo) by phone. If there is no answer, we’ll attempt to call twice. If we aren’t able to reach you, we’ll reach out by phone or email to reschedule the delivery.
Do your meat and seafood products come fresh or frozen?

All our meat and seafood is flash frozen in a commercial blast freezer by our great partner packers to assure the longevity and freshness of our products. We offer fresh for certain special order products. All seafood must be defrosted before cooking.

How long will my products last in the freezer?

Our commercially (vacuum sealed) flash frozen products will last a year in the freezer and still be as fresh as the day you purchased them.

Can I mix and match, special order or pick and choose the items I would like to order?
We currently offer preset packages and products. If you are looking for a product that we do not offer please message us and if we can’t source it for you we will glad to point you in the right direction.
Where is your meat and seafood packaged and is it government inspected?
All of our products are packaged, assembled and processed in CFIA (HACCP) or provincially government inspected facilities.
Are your products delivered in a temp controlled trucks or how are they stored?
Quality control is of the utmost importance and we transport all of our products in our temp controlled trucks kept at below -12 C/10 F at all times. We store our products at our warehouse in a walkin freezer set at the same temperature. Our transport companies that we use like ERB transport are recognized nationwide as leaders in their industry. They practise safe and secure shipping methods to ensure the complete quality control of their customers products being delivered.
Is your packaging recyclable or can we reuse our boxes?
The material that go into our packaging are 100% recyclable and we encourage all of our customers to please take the time to do so. Our boxes are are very costly but due to regulations can not be reused. They are great for storage and our customers children have made great arts and crafts from them.
Can I cook my meat or seafood using the sous-vide or meat that is vacuum sealed in cryovaced plastic?
Our products that come in the original packaging can not be cooked using the sous vide method. This a great way to cook our meat products to perfection and the sous vide bags and cookers and be purchased online through Amazon.
Can I cook my meat or seafood from frozen?

All of our meat can be safely cooked from frozen and is a great way to save time but for the best cooking results we suggest to defrost first before cooking. Seafood must be defrosted before cooking. 

What is the best way to defrost my meat and seafood before cooking?
We find the best way to defrost our products is in the refrigerator. Even the best vac packs might leak so we suggest that you put your meat or seafood on a plate or tray before putting into the fridge. We do not recommend defrosting in water or the microwave.
How is your meat and seafood packaged?
Most of our meat and seafood (except a few products) are individually vacuum sealed.
